    Lawn Care Specialist Responsibilities:

    • Provide weekly mowing, trimming, and blowing off of areas for all residential and commercial clients’ lawns.

    • Pick up and dispose of yard debris that needs to be removed.

    • Operate lawn care tools like trimmers, shears, and lawnmowers, as well as blowers.

    • Answer any questions that the client may have about how to maintain their outdoor spaces.

    • Work with Brett and the team while on site to complete the customers’ landscape design, landscape construction project, or landscape installation, along with landscape maintenance as needed.

    • Perform snow and ice management during winter months.

    Lawn Care Specialist Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Previous experience in a similar role.

    • Ability to use common lawn care tools including a variety of mowers.

    • Physical stamina to remain standing for most of the day.

    • Valid driver’s license with an impeccable driving record.

    • Strong work ethic and high attention to detail.

    • 1-2 years of experience in landscape and lawn care preferred.

    • Effective communication skills with company owners.

    • Alignment with our company's core values and mission to create a vision for our clients and company.

    • Work with Brett and the team to complete customers’ landscape design, construction, or installation projects, along with maintenance.

    • Exemplify strong industry knowledge on the job site.

    • Support the efficiency and quality of each project.

    • Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

    Qualifications:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.

    • Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the work site.

    • Experience with a variety of hand tools and maintenance equipment, including clippers, chainsaws, lawnmowers, blowers, edgers, rakes, and hedge trimmers (preferred but not required).

    • 1-2 years of experience in landscape and lawn care preferred.

    • Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
